and return for some quiet, restorative yoga poses and refreshments.

Restorative Yoga for Women

JOIN US for a three hour opportunity to bathe in the delight
of ten restorative yoga poses! We'll rest in the poses for
up to fifteen minutes at a time listening
to relaxing music and the sound of your own soft breathing. You'll ask yourself, "Does
the focus of my breath move? Am I more comfortable with it in one part of my
body than another? Is it rough
or smooth, dry or moist? Slow or fast? Am I able to rest
in the present moment, even if it is for just one inhale
and exhale?"
Fee: $35 / $30 if paid ahead

Yoga for MOM & YOUR GIRLS
Ages 7-13
BRING your daughter, granddaughter, niece or small friend to class.
Young girls will have a good time experiencing yoga along side of you.
Some poses we'll do in pairs and some as individuals. This is an op-
portunity for girls to realize they have some control over their fears and
inner conflicts through, stretching, breathing and postural alignment.
Have fun together while building rapport!

BLUE MUD YOGA & Scott Miller team up to present
YOGA TEACHER TRAINING -Fall 2008
Become a certified yoga teacher, a transformational experience which
will profoundly enhance your life forever, and all those whom you will
eventually teach. One weekend a month beginning Saturday,
September 27 & 28 and for the following nine months, you will come
together with Scott at BLUE MUD YOGA. This course is accredited with
Yoga Alliance and fulfills the requirements in their 200 hour guidelines
for certifying yoga instructors.
What is Yoga Alliance? Yoga Alliance is a non-profit organization that
maintains a national Yoga Teachers' Registry that recognizes and promotes
teachers with training that meets their standards, which includes 200 hours
of instruction, and is an accreditation recognized by studios, gyms and schools
of all levels around the country.
What is Western Yoga College? Scott Miller directs yoga programs through
his school, which meet the Yoga Alliance strict standards for hatha yoga teacher
training programs.

About Scott Miller: Scott is well-known around the Inland Empire as an
inspiring teacher's teacher! He has been formally instructing teachers to
